“The staff person was quick in responding my booking. Unfortunately the surrounding areas were obstructed by heavy snow causing dangerous conditions to walk to my room or the guest services. Also a light outside was on causing difficulty to sleep. Those issues could be easily solved if anyone pays attention to them. Good thing about the room is heating and hot water. That’s is a 10 out of 10. The bed was uncomfortable to sleep and that also could be fixed. ”

“4 of us rode up for a concert at Wind Creek, booked two rooms for one night. For the price is was great, rooms were nice. Just getting lost in the parking lots was fun for 4 motorcycles trying to find the way out and back to the room.lol! Very comfortable rooms for the price!”

“I really love this hotel. I am an Expedia Platinum member, and stay in the most expensive hotels in the world. It was truly a joy to stay in this $50 motor inn on the edge of the Poconos. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this cute little place. I found the room to be cozy. And the owners to be extremely nice. If you need a place to crash for the night. I recommend.”

“Went to the poconos for a firework demo event. I knew i wouldnt be in the room much so i looked for a good price and good location to what i was doing. This room fit exactly what i needed. It was basic but clean with a much better price than other places in the area. If your looking for a place to sleep and get a shower this is a good place. Management was freindly and room was quiet. ”

“I arrived at night with my partner, I arrived at 12 at night and I had to leave at 2 AM in the morning, the bed smelled bad and to top it all off I found 2 condoms on the floor, it seems like there was someone there and they didn't clean it well, everyone was dirty.”

“Although not a fancy 5 star hotel, the Fern Ridge was a very pleasant surprise! We had expected the lower rate to mean a small room without much comfort, but found the friendliness of the staff to go above and beyond what one would receive at ANY rated hotel. Jackie introduced herself as the housekeeper and was very kind to note she would accommodate anything we needed, their restaurant served reasonably priced meals, and located only moments from the Pocono Speedway. “Views are incredible, so are the dining options and the mexican menu, try those chicken quesadillas! Resort was renovated recently and the service was exceptional, right from the check in they told us instructions. ”

“My family and I had an amazing trip. The condo was updated and clean. Perfect amount of space for a family of 5 and so close to the mountain. A quick drive to restaurants as well, you can’t beat this location! They provided all of the amenities we needed for the week as well. We will definitely be planning another stay!!”
