“Our stay was absolutely amazing!! This hotel is one of the most beautiful properties I have ever visited. The pool and courtyard are amazing from its multiple firetables, grill/pizza ovens to its hottub. This is by far the nicest cleanest hotel in Palo Alto. Did i forget to mention the complimentary coffee/latte machine that uses Philz coffee beans. This property also comes equipt with a golf simulator, dog wash room and a full gym. I will be back anytime I visit the area. I would recommend to……

“This is a good place for a budget focused stay. The furniture was uncomfortable and some items were broken. Ant infestation in the kitchen. Many light bulbs were burned out. Appears to be a leak under the kitchen sink. Many patches in the walls and a stain on the kitchen wall. The filter in the refrigerator needs to be changed. “The property could not be opened when I arrived. I was asked to break in using a side entrance. When I entered the property, it was clear that this was far from the "luxury" property that it was described as at the time of the booking. The furniture is old, the bedding damp, and the overall sense is far from luxury. I left after 5 minutes and when I asked for even a partial refund, this was denied.
