“This is a nice, clean facility in a convenient location. The only reason for the 4 star rating is that the daily parking fee is beyond excessive and there are no other practical options for parking nearby. I felt like I was taken advantage of with the parking fees. Other than that it's a nice hotel with reasonably up-to-date accomodations.”

“worst customer service ever，kick me out at midnight，stupid reason is my visa card doesnt have chip on it. And that card I have done the payment at first day when I was checking in. They just told me that they make a mistake for using this card and 3days later they wanna fix it then ask me to leave the hotel. And talk in a really mean way. The manager was sitting in her office all time and doesn’t even wanna show up to solve the problem until I was almost freaking out at the front desk. Then i……
