“Great property. Lovely location. Quiet. They really need to get 24 hr electricity and air conditioning. Also, the food looked amazong but didnt taste good. So definitely need improvement in that aspect. Cocktails were great. ”

“Reserva Amazonica is a beautiful property located 40mins by bost from Puerto Maldonado. We spent 2 nights there and generally had a good experience. The lodges are beautiful, clean and well equipped and staff is really nice and attentive. The nature surrounding the hotel is beautiful and there are some small animals / birds that can be found on property. The included excursions are interesting (we mostly enjoyed the canopy walk and lake Sandoval). Unfortunately, we were there during a cold spell……

“My wife and I had an amazing time. We really loved it! Sandra and her team did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. We were fed well and the food was amazing! They really care about the rainforest and work with a local wildlife rescue that rescues animal and rehabilitates them to go back into the wild. When you stay here, you help them with their mission to protect the Amazon rainforest. Alejandro was an amazing guide and has a great eye for spotting wildlife. Definitely……

“This was our first time staying at an "off-grid" hotel, and it was very pleasant. It i a difficult place to get to, requires a cr and a boat ride from the airport, which was included in the price of the stay. Bring lots of mosquito repellent. All meals are included and are really delicious, and there is unlimited coffee and tea and a lovely outdoor lounge with hammocks and internet above the lobby. There is no hot water which was an adjustment, but overall it is a very welcoming and……

“Our experience was amazing! This was an experience that I have always dreamed about. The guides for the excursions were the best. They were so knowledgeable and friendly. I will never forget all the beautiful sounds that you wake up to in the rainforest. The lodge was very eco friendly and the rooms were very clean. The rooms only have three walls so it is normal to find an insect here and there. I will definitely be returning. ”

“The immersion experience was great. Be prepared though to feel hot and full of bug spray much of the time. Wear hiking pants. Not Lulu leggings (too hot). The guides are great and you can do as much or as little as you want. We saw a lot of animals. ”

“A estádio foi razoável. Quartos aconchegantes e cama confortável. Ambiente agradável, no entanto precisa melhorar a internet, (Wi-Fi) pois o sinal é ruim nas dependências do hotel e principalmente no quarto. E a necessidade de colocar TV a cabo ou disponibilidade de streaming como Netflix por exemplo. No mais foi muito bom!”
