“This was a perfect hideaway located 15 minutes from Beacon where the wedding was. It was reasonably priced and had so many cute accents. The host was on top of all the details and very nice in person. Would definitely recommend. The only thing I would say just for an fyi it’s better for a couple as it’s a full size bed. I went with my teen daughter and it was too small for both of us in the bed so we alternated the couch. Not a minus at all but more an fyi. Thanks so much for hosting us.”

“Really enjoyed our stay at this little place! Only tough bit is the 1 bathroom. But other than that it’s a no brainer. Great view of the Hudson, really nice little coffee bar, and comfortable beds in both rooms. Easy parking and access as well. Would highly recommend.”

“The pictures in this listing completely misrepresented the neighborhood. We only spent about an hour in the VRBO but didn't feel safe there for several reasons. First of all, the room wasn't secure because it was opened up to the neighborhood through the upper floor that let out to the fire escape. Second of all there were large groups of people in the streets having block parties that made us feel like our rental car wasn't safe from vandalism or burglary. “If you want to stay a bit outside the city, but easy access, this apt is perfect. Literally 5m walk to Metro North, and express train is 37m into the city. Apt was very clean and like that each bedroom/bath is on opposite sides of the apt. Easy communication and prompt responses! Building is nice too, has some fun things to do when weather isn’t great. “Never actually got to stay at this lovely looking place. Communication until the last minute was pretty bad with the property owner. My stars on the review are just because I couldn’t leave a review without checking them off. My stay was cancelled with full immediate refund, but it was done very unexpectedly only an hour before I needed to check in after being booked well in advance.
