“Went for Spring training, location very convienent to parks and other places of interests”

“Enjoyed the property, the Resort was well taken care of. Staff was very friendly. Location of property was ideal for all the entertainment close by.. The condo was very nice. We plan to comeback.”

“This place was perfect for us!! It felt roomy for two! Placed was well stocked with kitchen needs, though we didn’t need to use them. It was clean and the host(s) gave complimentary treats and coffee which was much appreciated!! The communication on how to access the property was thorough. Next time we are in town to visit family again, we will definitely love to stay here again!”

“Nice place. Nice area. Nice people. The unit's carpet was not clean, dust balls in the bathrooms, a layer of dust over the toilet, the mirror in master needs to be changed or cleaned and the garage floor sandy and not swept. The gate remote did not work. We were at the mercy of other neighbors to open gate, they provided only one set of keys. Not good for two adults or more? ”

“The property was clean and well taken care of. Perfect for one person. The host was very communicative and responsive. The unit is in a new community that is still being developed. The roads are not paved at this point. That was the only slightly negative feature and did not present any problems for me.”

“The condo is as advertised on the site. It was very clean and spacious and the location was perfect for us. Both the 101 loop and 17 were 5 minutes away. The area was very quiet and while we didn't use the pool, it looked beautiful! Overall the unit itself was very nice however it was missing a lot of basic things e.g. there was no toaster, only 4 plates, bowls etc. and no condiments or spices. Only 2 pots with no lids and the frying pan needed replacing. With just a few small things, the place……

“The company you represented is a scam! THEY didn’t process the final payment and cancelled on me. I waited a year for this vacation. My credit card balance more than covered the final payment, they just didn’t process the payment. Shame on you for representing Houzlet!”

“The employees working at the reservation desk and facility are very hospitable and responsible. The room and grounds were impeccably groomed and clean . The room itself had 2 issues; #1 hot water inconvenience, and #2 old mattress. The engineer did show me how to get hot water. First turn on the bathtub water at a slow trickle, then it will warm up for full flow of hot water. Yes I did know this coming from Chicago, but the valves to let out hot water took a ridiculous amount of time. For the……

“Feel like home ”

“We had rented 2 condos, 1 for us, 1 for friends. We were informed at the last minute that the owner of one of the units cancelled our reservation. They had no other rooms available. Because of Baseball Spring Training, any available hotel room had raised their prices 3 x the normal amount. Our friends were unable to go. I did not appreciate the hard core time share sales spiel when we checked in.”

“WE thought we were booking a 1 bedroom suite. That is sure what the photos look like. We ended up in a studio with no where to sit. the photos are false advertising.”

“When booking I’m expecting the one that I booked and the length. Wasn’t expecting an email when I was almost there telling me that the studio I rented wasn’t available.”

“I got to stay on the same floor as my family. The room was large, clean, quiet and well stocked. The price was right for the hot hot summer. The pool area is gorgeous and so pleasant to just hang there. having the food truck and bar was so convenient and the food was good. ”
