It definitely feels young and is indeed a place where students could stay for a school year but it had everything we needed and was easy walking distance to many of the sights in Florence. Super easy to get to from the train station as well. "

"Clean, comfortable beds. Very helpful and friendly staff. Location is perfect if you need to be close to train station (lots of luggage?). The lighting was a bit dim in the bathroom and bedroom and made it hard to see to put on makeup. Lack of charging ports. No extra seating in the room made it hard to sit and relax without being in bed. Walkable distances to all major sites. "We stayed at the 3 nights at room with a balcony and it was wonderful, the staff was amazing. We stayed an extra night and they moved us to smaller room looking at the hidro pool before we checked out of the big room. The breakfast was superb. They have a large variety of foods. "The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel is conveniently placed for the station. We didnt eat in the hotel as it was not particularly welcoming, no menus available (even on the website). The first afternoon we arrived there was very loud music playing, when i queried it I was told it was the Wednesday evening disco. There was no one in the bar, even when we returned from our evening meal, so I dont know who they were aiming that entertainment at."
