“A good property with a big living room, kitchen, dining table, and a bedroom. The bathroom key of my room was broken, if I closed the door I could open it from inside but I could not open it from outside the bathroom. It means, if I close the the bathroom's door from outside, I cannot open the door again. ”

“Host was amazing. Prompt in all his replies, clear instructions, and very accommodating. 10/10 for host, definitely. Room was clean, Smart TV could connect to our Netflix account, and a new air con had been installed which was cold and powerful! Appreciate the new air con, and space for a small dining table. Cutlery and cooking pots and hot water flask and towels and hair dryer provided, good size fridge too. Not too keen on the toiletries (I think the shampoo was very watery), so we bought……

“There are 2 toilet in the unit and both of the toilet is very smelly. And there is also some stain on the bed sheet. The car park is not included, although the max rate is RM 12/day, but the rate is recalculate after we go out and come in again, so averagely we spend Rm 20 per day.”

“Facility does not have a front desk. You have to call a cell number to check in from the car/taxi/Grab/airport transfer vehicle you came in. If the vehicle can wait, you can do it inside your air conditioned car. If your vehicle cannot wait, you will be outside the building entrance with all your bags in the sweltering heat while you figure out how to check in. We were required to put in a deposit for security and cleaning but person on the phone does not accept credit cards. They wanted a bank……

“The worst experience I ever had. Made the booking, arrived only to find out that the owner and Expedia had cancelled the booking without any reason. I had to get another hotel as I am on business. ”

“Paid & all done. Chekin day - i was told, place Full & get a Refund. My whole day wasted to find another 2 rooms frm a Nearby Hotel. Yet NO REFUND by EXPEDIA or No Help frm Host.”

“The location is good. 3min to McDonald, 5min to tourism area. 10min to Pravillion. The room is clean and big. Will stay here again next time ”
