“TV and phone not working. After enquiring I was informed that TV is not available. Only provided with 3 towels. Received the remaining 2 towels in the early evening. Shower bath and shampoo not adequate enough to use. Very noisy towards midnight. Front desk staff not helpfull during checkout. Reluctant to endorse parking ticket for no reason.”
