“The front desk was super helpful. The room was good except the carpet was stained which gave the room a dirty feel. ”

“The hotel itself seems very new and clean and fresh. It was relatively comfortable. I hated the barn door for the bathroom. It was a pain to open and close and you know it doesn’t give you any privacy if you have multiple guests in your room. Also my key to get through doors to use the elevator, etc. I mean really I should only have to use my key tag to get in my room and nothing else The pool was small, but it was indoors so it was open so that’s nice but it was also incredibly cold. “Check in was quick and easy. Room was meet and clean. Hot breakfast every morning. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, toast and hot fresh you make them waffles. ”

“Driving for a medical trip. Very clean and nice but the beds were hard. The bathrooms were the best for someone who needs medical help to sit n have a hand and essy to use shower head. ”

“What I liked about the hotel room: 1. It's very roomy with a full kitchen. 2. The bed was comfortable. 3. There are fresh fruits and water all day! 4. The staff were friendly. The welcome note in my room made me feel welcomed! What I didn't like: 1. I booked a smoke-free room; however, I could smell smoke in the hallway, in my bathroom, and on the carpet in my room. “Loved our room! The layout was so well thought out with the walk in closet with a mirror and drawers. Loved the shower and the fancy towel folds. The bed was so comfortable and the room was so clean! I liked the A/C controls on the wall rather than on the unit. We really enjoyed the hot breakfast as well! Will definitely stay here again!”

“The breakfasts were great, the beds very comfortable and the staff really friendly. We stayed 4 nights. After the second I asked that our floors be cleaned. There was popcorn on the floor from the previous occupants and the bathroom corners were grubby. On day 3 I had to rescue a toy from down the back of the bed and found skittles wrappers (not ours), and lots more, from who knows how long ago. I wish I hadn’t looked. For the price it should have been spotless. ”

“The property was fine the staff was friendly. For the money I expected a little more. The couch in my room was uncomfortable and in the lobby area. I told the front desk my phone wasn’t working because it had no cord, no one ever came to fix it. Lighting was dark. The hotel was “fine” nothing exceptional. ”
