"Rated 4 stars for communication based on having asked the afternoon before for room cleaning the next morning while we were out and HK was not notified so had to be rescheduled. Beyond that, we loved it! 2 BR/2 bath apt with in-room laundry, furnished kitchen, supermarket across the street, outdoor pool until 10pm and plenty of room for everyone in our party.
