A few healthier choices involving Salad would have been welcome. Breakfast exceeded expectations as we thought the buffet would be more like a continental breakfast but in fact included bacon,scrambled eggs,sausage,tomato and hash browns. Well done!!"

We had a lunch which was good with a selection for vegetarian and lovely puddings. "The Elephant and Castle was well located and easy to park. Our room which had a large queen size bed was lovely and had a good size bathroom with a bath. The free full english breakfast was delicious. Will definitely stay there again if we return to Holmfirth"
