“We were group of 16 adults and three children under the age of three. Sonja and Diego could not have been better hosts! They are truly lovely people! Everything was absolutely perfect! The villa is stunning and very child friendly! We opted to have Sonja cook breakfast and dinner for us each day, and her food was absolutely delicious! You must try their pizza and bbq! We enjoyed the tennis court, feeding the horses, and day trips to Siena, Florence, and Montepulciano. The villa location is……

“We stayed at this villa for a month. We had our family of 9 people here for 10 days. The layout with 2 separate apartments was perfect for our group. We had great weather during our stay and so we used the pool (unheated) frequently. The kitchen has all the utensils you will need for cooking, and some spices too. “Loved our stay at House of Alice. It’s very centrally located in Tuscany. Francesco was wonderful and took care of reservations and recommendations for us. The village itself is very small. The house was clean and well appointed. Small recommendations are; it could have used more efficient seating in the living room, a few more kitchen items, larger coffee maker etc. Also the bathrooms could use hooks and a shelf. “The room is big and the city is lovely. but it's really really troublesome to park the car due to the hotel is located in ZTL zone. You have to park your car somewhere outside of the old town, and walk to the hotel to figure out how to park, then get a green card from the reception to display it on your windshield to avoid being fined by the police when drive in to unload the luggage, then drive out of the old town to find a parking space, then walk back to the hotel (6-8 mins walk).
