“loved the place quiet and comfy”

“We stayed for the Avenue of the Giants Marathon and the location was perfect. We were close enough to hike and explore then come back for a good nights sleep. Hosts were amazing and responsive! Wonderful experience.”

“The property was very clean and nice. The room was nice and well stocked. Neighbors were quiet and respectful. The hot tub didn’t work at our time of stay. Not a big deal, though. Nice couple of restaurants right down the road. Awesome brewery in town. Overall, loved it!!! Definitely would come again!”

“My employee and I stayed here one night for two days of work in the Shelter Cove area. This house was really nice, clean and roomy for the two of us. Close to the Cove and the brewery - our favorite place to eat and have a cold one after field work. The neighborhood was quiet, the property behind this house is a bit of an eyesore, but not a big deal for us. I would definitely stay here again.”

“I stayed here as apart of a driving trip up the coast; I was a little nervous about the drive up but Ernesto and Ana were SO kind. Ernesto gave me helpful tips of where to go to the store and what to do in the area. The tent and location was beyond gorgeous. It had rained during my stay and it was beautiful to hear the rain and sleep so soundly. I was nervous about the rain but Ana and Ernesto helped me out and it only rained during the evening which became a really memorable and enjoyable part……

“This rental in Shelter Cove was stunning and met all our needs. Extremely clean, modern, and the view was breathtaking! We saw seals in the morning and walked the black sand beach. Property management was communicitive and friendly. Just note the drive getting to and from the location perilous, go slow and ateady.”

“Has everything you need near restaurant and beach , beautiful view over golf course to the nearby coast. The water heater had blown a fuse and they took care of it right away. Comfortable beds and Roku tvs in every room. Fully outfitted kitchen.”

“We loved this little cabin! It had everything we needed! One thing to be aware of: the local pickleball community has adopted part of the street leading to the cabin as their courts. They’ll move to let you by, but it gets a bit crowded at times and they’re less than thrilled about stopping play to move their nets. Other than that, it was excellent!”

“We chose this accommodation because it was on the oceanfront and it had a kitchen. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. The bed was memory foam and really comfortable. We also liked the smart tv for entertainment after a day exploring the wilderness. What we didn’t like was that there are two outside lights that shine very brightly through the windows even with the shades down. This could easily be fixed with blackout blinds. The ocean was really wild and loud during our stay. If……

“Sleeps 3-5 easily if you share the main beds. Pellet stove very easy to operate and can heat the entire place. Plenty of pillows for the beds and lots of throw pillows too. Quiet location, diner around the corner. Coffee maker, hot water kettle, stove and microwave. Powerful shower if you like that sort of thing. Nice backyard courtyard to hang out in if the weather is nice. Washer and dryer are a nice plus as well. I’d definitely stay here again.”

“Shelter Cove is a remote charming village on the ocean. It is about 30miles of twisty roads to get there. there are exquisite tide pools We appreciated the upgrade to a lower floor and a full kitchen.”

“This was our first trip to Shelter Cove. We stayed for 3 nights. The unit from the outside is nice in appearance. The location is convenient especially with pizza being two buildings to the South. The parking situation is tricky. I saw one person park on the road because trying to squeeze two vehicles side by side with appropriate spacing on both sides was not possible. I chose to tandem park.
