“Great location! The condo had everything we needed and property was well kept. Condo was close to both pool and laundry facilities. No fitness centre but tennis courts and the tram road walk/run are excellent. Property owner was very accommodating and communication was quick and friendly. Great place to stay!”

“Great Location, Close to the Village. Parking was convenient and abundant. We got snowed in a bit and the unit had all the right elements to make it comfortable. My kids loved the retro Arcade Game. Kitchen was well stocked and efficient for any cooking needs. Appliances were all working. A few niggles with hardware that needed maintenance and a few spots missed by the cleaners. Overall this place is great. I can't wait to come back in the summer.”

“House is a great size for a family. Games in living room were a hit. But the place was just not clean. Property manager was great and offered to send someone to clean but I feel like when you pay that much for a rental the least they can do is make sure the house is clean BEFORE you arrive. Both sliding doors for the shower were broken, hubby fixed them and also let the property manager know what to buy to fix it long term. The dishes, pans, cups were all dirty. We actually enjoyed skiing Snow Summit more than Bear mountain because most of Bear Mountain was set up for Snowboard freestyle park runs and we were all skiing. But that wasn't an issue as the shuttle is right in front of Bear Mountain (5 minute walk from front door of townhome) and it runs every 30 mins. “After losing another booking, we had made on VRBO because the owner decided to sell the property, we luckily found this, just as it went on the market. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt throughout our stay. A concern we had about privacy due to sheer blinds was met with a tasteful thank you and swift solution. What a nice surprise. Mark is a fantastic host who was communicative, made checkin/checkout a breeze, and I could tell he wanted to be sure my stay was great! He even pre-heated the pool and hot tub for us. “There’s plenty of paces to sleep. But 4 of the beds are twins, so I would not recommend those beds for adult males. The master has a king bed, and there is also a pullout upstairs. The kitchen desperately needs new pots and pans. Most of them I wouldn’t trust to cook in. The location is great.”

“We found this within 2wks of our trip to Big Bear. We were planning to do Spartan Races at Snow Summit and this was really close. Worked out perfect, as we were able to walk out the front door of the unit and walk about .25mile to the venue. No need to deal with parking or anything and the unit came with (2) parking places. Not a high-end place, but worked for our needs and certainly was worth the money. Would definitely stay here again!”
