“The place is very simple, nothing spectacular but nothing to be worried about. It’s a perfect place to sleep and the hotel employees were some of the nicest we’ve ever encountered. Be aware, once you get to the property, the check in process is terrible. The host never sends the hotel the right money to charge you so you have to stand and just wait to get ahold of the host to change it and make it right. The hotel employees do the best they can and will do anything for you to help”

“We had a great time staying here. The house was spacious with plenty of room. The patio & backyard is large and we were lucky to have perfect weather to hang out there. They could use additional kitchen items to use and/or cook with. Overall the stay was awesome! Would book again.”

“This property was nice and the host was very easy to communicate with.. the only things I didnt like was , the couch is not comfortable, so nobody could sleep on it and theres no tvs in the bedrooms. What I did like was the easy access and the back yard . Perfect for our dog . Also the washer and dryers were nice .”

“This is a lovely property in an established tree- lined neighborhood. The outdoor areas were very nice and the pool and hot tub were excellent!!! Property manager was very attentive. There was plenty of room and everything was very clean. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.”

“Property was very clean, beds comfortable, inside space spacious, bathroom and kitchen amenities well stocked, neighborhood quiet, close to shopping and eating places. Host was quick to respond and address any issues. The backyard and pool area is well maintained, however the pool and hot tub is not heated. I would certainly stay here again.”

“This place was perfect!! Private Hot Tub/Pool with all the amenities! We had a blast and loved everything from the remote control fans, classy furniture and especially the automated hot tub with voice command controls. We grilled out and had a blast! Definitely the best spot in Plano with a private pool! I'm in real estate and this place is a winner!! The host was very responsive and even had a bottle of wine and snacks upon our arrival!”

“The house was clean and tidy. It had an open floor plan which provided much space. Bedrooms were all a good size. Location was great, as it was close to just about anything and not too far from Dallas.”

“Brought both sets of Grandparents in town for my sons graduation and this place was perfect for a family get-together and celebration. Backyard is an Oasis and made family meals special being by the pool. Location was only minutes from campus allowing for short drive times. House was homey and clean and made it very comfortable. Thanks for a great experience.”

The electric gate made us feel very secure. The owner was every responsive to emails, our requests and made us feel welcomed. We recommend this space it was perfect for our family.”

“I visited last year and was impressed so I booked again this year. This year was disappointing. The furniture was old, chairs were broken, tables ready to fall apart. Furniture could use upgrade. Outside, the hallways were dirty, parking lot dirty, trash bins were always full everywhere and smelly. I love the swimming pools and utilized them every day. They were wonderful. The gas grills around the compound need thorough cleaning and some were not working or difficult to start the gas to come……

“Place was clean, well appointed, and had nice touches like little snacks and things to use if you're cooking (I didn't but definitely you could). Nice patio, comfortable bed. The pacman game on the wall is a dangerous time sink but was fun. Parking worked out spectacularly as well. Host made it all work. Checking in was well-detailed and accurate but not entirely easy - - I might not have wanted to navigate it if it were late so maybe a pdf that shows what to do would make it simpler. Would……

“We came down to Texas for the eclipse. The house is beautiful inside. The beds were super comfy (even the bunk beds where I slept so my son could have the master bedroom with the tub.) Huge TV in the living room and nice outdoor area. It was too cool to use the pool but sitting outside for dinner was wonderful. My only complaints were no colander in the kitchen and the steps down into the sunken den were hard to see. (I’m disabled). Other than those two minor details the house was amazing and……

“The house overall was nice. The bed in the master bedroom was really uncomfortable. The pool was not so nice. The vacuum hose kept coming off so we had to keep putting it on. Around the pool there were big chunks of cement and cracks.. It look like they had tried to fill it in or something. You have to really watch your step in the backyard because it would be very easy to trip and fall.”

“The home is very nice and it’s tastefully decorated. It’s in a quiet and safe neighborhood (definitely not a good place to host a party). The property was well maintained and the host was over-the-top amazing!! We brought in a team of entrepreneurs for meetings at the Plano Convention Center and couldn’t have had a better place to go to in the evening to relax, cook, and have peaceful reflection time.”
