“I'll start by saying thank you to the staff . They were all accomodating, amazing, great customer service . The room was impeccable. 2 things that I would like to highlight. The main entrance to check in was little tricky to find and the breakfast that my husband had found a hair inside the crepe and the choice of meat in the classic breakfast was missing so we wait a little while for that. But the manager was kind enough to do some service recovery and we opt not to have another set of……
