Pillows smelled like actual scalp, the only redeeming part is bed was decent, and there are televisions. Everything just felt incredibly unclean. Unfortunately deceiving listing. The first and only correspondence between myself and the renter was her commenting on my "last minute booking" after she was unable to……

“This VRBO was a great value and is in a desirable location! Its a short walk away from downtown Orcutt where there are plenty of restaurants and shops to enjoy. There is a also a hiking trail you can walk to. Plenty of hiking and bicycling destinations from there. The house itself has everything you may need including Netflix, WiFi, a full kitchen and plenty of lounging areas. There's a large living room where you can play games and entertain. We appreciate staying here for our romantic……

“Bryan did a great job in his listing describing the property exactly as it is. We loved having the garage for mom, toddler, and dog to get in and out of the car, especially with bags from our outings. UPS is across the street and noisy during weekday mornings, but my toddler thankfully slept through the noise. The place was very clean and close to many stores and restaurants. Bryan literally thought of everything from cleaning supplies to easy access at check-in and giving us pre-arranged access……
