“My wife & i spent one night during the carnival period. The place was clean, located near all the carnival activities and did not cost as much as the other nearby legacy hotels. However, it could do with a little upgrading & modernizing as it had a 1980's feel. The staff is helpful but a bit more training in terms of greeting customers, warm smiles and making you feel welcomed would help. We felt like it was an emotion-less business arrangement. The breakfast was good. But be careful when using……

“It was a short but wonderful time in Trinidad. We were very lucky with our hosts and we are grateful to have met such great people. If we had known them before, we would certainly have stayed longer. We felt very comfortable and in good hands. The accommodation is simple but clean and everything we needed was there. For us it was important to have a large bed, a shower, TV 📺 and a fridge. Our hostess gave us lots of good and helpful tipps (e.g. public transportation). The warmth and helpfulness……

“This was absolutely THE WORST accommodation I have ever booked via Expedia. Immediately upon arrival it became very clear that the information included on the booking page and the actual lodging arrangements were STRIKINGLY different. The room was dirty and infested with spiders and mosquitos. We sprayed our room down with bug repellent each night, including the actual beds. There was no key hole on the door AND the lock was broken. It was also clear that the door had been jimmied in the past as……

“The borders were close due to Covid 19 the air line refunded my nonrefundable flight HOWEVER this hotel did not want to offer me a credit for a later stay WHEN PEOPLE WERE FREE TO ENTER THE COUNTRY. “Wow. I don’t where to start. Ms.Glenda was absolutely amazing. The meals were all top notch and we didn’t have to want for anything. If there was anything we needed, she made sure to get it for us. Sometimes you see places online and get a different story once you arrives, but this was not the case at all. The rooms were all immaculate and super spacious. And it was nice to relax by the pool after a hard day of fete. We felt safe at all times and worried about nothing. We came as strangers……
