“The personnel was very good, the room was clean, and the bathroom was excellent, which I personally always look for. The atmosphere in the hotel and area were good at the time I stayed. There were no extra people hanging around outside. The only thing that could’ve been better was if it was a pool, that my grandchildren could swim. ”

“All the amenities you could hope for. An enclosed, outdoor kitchen with air conditioning. Large patio to enjoy the river from. And close enough to civilization for gas and groceries or bar/restaurant. Can recommend this place enough. It gets all the stars.”

“Stayed here for the music festival, with friends from out of state who actually own/operate VRBO property. Good location. 15min Uber drive from Lamar Dixon. Cleaning issues previously stated in other reviews NOT an issue. 4.5 for check in because all the check in details (passcode and wifi info) were different than received by app communications, but Rosevelt was very quick to reply and remedied immediately. Anything the property didn't have could be gotten by quick Walmart+ delivery. Over range……
