“I enjoyed a weekend away here with a few girlfriends and we were beyond impressed with this property! We immediately noticed how clean it was upon check-in. It looks even better than the pictures and the location is walkable to numerous shops and restaurants. An added bonus was enjoying coffee at the cafe that was right below us. I can’t say enough good things about our weekend here and I would absolutely stay here again!”

“The property, although not within easy walking distance of much, is located a very short drive from downtown Portsmouth and attractions. The house was nicely set up, had ample room to enjoy, and all of the house amenities needed. Would recommend!”

“This location was perfect for a quick winter getaway. Located less than a half mile from all the great spots in Portsmouth and with off street parking was so great. The apartment was clean , organized and cozy. Everything from arrival to departure went smoothly and we would absolutely come back!”

“The apartment was located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown. It was the perfect size for a small group of us to stay and be able to walk to shopping and restaurants. We had everything we needed, including a cute little snack area. I would say the only downside was that the building was very old and therefore not soundproofed. So we heard everything the young kids were up to downstairs, quite early in the morning. Still, we’d definitely rent again!”

“Adorable unit in waterfront neighborhood in downtown Portsmouth. Would be hard to find anything else like it. Cleaners missed quite a few spots to ready the property (including something on sheets) but otherwise place was great. No parking near property but owner provided garage pass for undercover parking a very short walk away. Unusually, refrigerator drawers were completely full of owner's drinks so that limits your fridge space - but if you don't need a lot that's not a hindrance.”

“Very nice 1 bedroom apartment. The kitchen has everything you need, there is plenty of space and the location is perfect for walking into Portsmouth or visiting Kittery.”

“While looking for a getaway for my husband, son, dog and myself, I stumbled upon the chic loft-style condo. After reviewing the condos information, I began to search for things to do in the surrounding area. Pleasantly surprised with the family friendly location, I quickly booked this condo for a 2-night stay. Communication with Jessica was seamless; she was clear with the steps I would need to take in order to enter the condo. Upon arrival, the condo smelled very clean and after a quick walk……

“Our eldest son just moved to the Portsmouth area so we spent a week there getting him settled. Our host was helpful, informative and extremely friendly. This beautifully decorated home is in a great location close to all the action downtown. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay (restaurants, bars, CVS, ice skating rink, etc.) was just minutes away by car. We even spent one afternoon in Southern Maine, which was right over the bridge. We'll be visiting Portsmouth lots from hereon in. And when……

“Had a great time! The Penthouse was wonderful. Great views. Please be aware of Doug's suggestions about packing light, there is no elevator. Great location! Easy walking to shops and restaurants! Very private in the Penthouse. Can't hear other guests. The unit had everything one would need for a weekend or a week! Highly recommended!”

“We had 7 adults and 3 kids in our group, and we were very comfortable in this large home. Everyone had their own bedroom (the kids shared) and the main living areas were very nice. The kitchen is very nice and well-equipped, and we also appreciated the huge driveway / parking pad. The only complaints we had were minor - the bathroom on the second floor is attached to a bedroom, so you have to go through the bedroom to get to it (not ideal for the couple in that room), and the third floor stairs……

Fun and interesting details everywhere and very comfortable. You could not ask for a better more central location. We will be back again and again!”

“Check-in was easy and we were greeted in a very friendly manor. The room was very clean as was the lobby and hallways. Breakfast was good and constantly being re-stocked. We traveled for the purpose of running a 5K and were looking forward to using the hot tub but it was closed due to being out of order when we returned from our race. Other than that, we had a great stay!”
