“The convenience to all the tourist attractions is ideal. The views of the ocean from my terrace and the mountains via the patio are spectacular. The property owner had great communication before and during my stay. I slept great! My suite was well equipped. The refered transportation was professional and punctual throughout my stay. I look forward to visiting Puerto Plata again. ”

“The home & staff were all AMAZING. We weren’t sure at first how to feel about having other people with us all day but we loved them!They were all so attentive, kind, & fun with our personalities! Hopefully they felt the same about us:)The home was fabulous!!Every detail met with care. On the “con” side of the stay, the beach area left much to be desired. The picture on the listing was not at all what we saw. Being on our honeymoon with friends we were all extremely disappointed. We got there……

“Beautiful, clean, safe, amazing service. We stayed a week and had from 5-12 family with us each night. It was so spacious, even with 12 it never seemed crowded. The staff was wonderful. Just a walk to the beach and nightlife. Easy to get tours and excursions for the entire crew.”

“Arrived and other guest were already staying at property, owner rented house to 3 different families. We had to leave without a place to stay on a Mother's Day weekend in Dominican Republic. We were there to take our mother out to relax that weekend and ended up being charged and stay prepaid and already confirmed was not granted. Neither owner, Expedia or VRBO responded to messages or phone calls.”

“Could not find the address from VRBO listing. Host did not reply to messages asking for direction. Silence! Booking was not canceled. Now VRBO is saying they cannot refund the money, and I need to contact the host directly. Shame on VRBO.”
