“We enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect amount of space for us and we enjoyed the porch as much as we could. The view was great. So many birds in the area. We saw some beautiful parrots. The AC units worked great and we were comfortable sleeping at night. Stove only, no oven!! I enjoy cooking so I made a few meals. The small air fryer came in handy! Overall, great location and space. We would definitely stay again!”

“I had much confusion regarding the location of the property. I am familiar with Puerto Rico and followed VRBO directions to visit the property days before I was to rent. It led me to a horrific property outside of the neighborhood. I was so appalled, with what I found, I panicked. I tried to cancel the reservation to no avail as the host and I went back and forth. I was enormously relieved when I received the check in information with the exact address on the day the rental was to start. Only……

“We loved this place and would definitely stay again. It was comfortable and clean, had nice amenities, and was within walking distance to a few restaurants and Ocean Beach. It’s a bit further from some of the nicer restaurants but Ubers were cheap so it was a good spot for our first visit to Puerto Rico.”

“Space worked well for our group of 13. Power went out and someone came right over to turn generator on. Pool area was wonderful and a big hit with the kids. A washer and dryer would have been a great addition to the home. The local bakery was great and the cow next door amused the kids. Karaoke machine was fun.”

“Loved how cute this apartment is, felt very homey and the owner was very kind. Complimentary transportation from the airport from a very kind sweet woman named Virginia. Loved the art in the area and the lively streets of Loíza. Walking distance from the beach and all of the food spots and bars. 7 minute drive from viejo San Juan. Will stay book again next visit! ”

“Loved the design of the space. Loved 2 bathrooms. Nice bedroom vanity. Beach access was great. Close to airport, restaurants, grocery store, shopping, and many activities. Great price for the space. Reserved parking stall was handy. You have to be a good communicator with the property owner to have the best experience.”

“Overall the stay was great. The unit we had definitely looked a bit aged but it was clean and provided a good amount of space for the 5 adults in our group. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we would need, an electric grill was available, there were some pool toys and folding chairs as well. Gated entry was quick and easy unless someone at the front of the line was checking in, then it could be quite delayed which happened to us a couple times in the three days we were there. The beds……

“We stayed one night at Place by the Sea and it was more than adequate. Our mobile home was large and clean, the service was stellar, and the view from the back was quiet and relaxing! Fernando was so nice and recommend an amazing restaurant close by called el Rancho Playero!”

“Very easy check- in , incredible view from the units balcony, bed was very comfortable, pool was fantastic. Great location, 3 minute walk to beach, lots of restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store basically behind the building.”

“First off, I would like to say that Ivannie and Jose, we’re very accommodating hosts. Jose was easy to talk to and responded promptly and was always professional. The area was nice. There are a couple of bars, wonderful small restaurants, and a delicious coffee shop that all are in walking distance. We tried about 4 restaurants in the area, and all were great! The beach (literally a 5 minute walk) was the best part. Keep in mind that there are apartment complexes that block the ocean view, so……
