“The room is too small. The service is not good that no warning for the penalty charges of smoking in hotel.”

“Comfortable, well cleaned. Eating utensil like can opener unworkable. Had trouble operating television. Only one remote provider where two was reqiuired. Had to fiddle with set to get it to work ”

“Peace and comfort in a delightful rural setting. Robert is extremely accommodating and helpful. Loved our private wing and the large, well presented shared areas. Loved the view from my bedroom. ”

“Large living spaces in this house, made getting ready for the wedding, easier for our bride & her 5-bridesmaids. Our driving distance to the wedding venue (KauriBay Boomrock Clevedon) was free of motorway traffic-troubles. Hotwater had to be turned on at external water tank. No shoes allowed to be worn inside helps keeps flooring cleaner. Floor tiles highly polished. One issue was, the property appeared to Not have been recently vacuumed (dead flies around).
