“I really feel comfortable, this hotel. Because communication is smooth and near food shops. I want to return here hotel if I will visit Puchong again.”

“ I would happily return. The residence and my flat looked new. Everything needed was there. No smell of cigarette, the fans, AC and WiFi were working fine. Don't forget a plug adapter (G type in Malaysia). A mall and supermarket are at 5 min by walk, restaurants too. Quiet residential area. There were few people in the swimming pool during the week. A few small things to improve: the handle of one window was broken, the shower head was broken and I had to remove it (which is OK for me), there……

“Host was amazing. Prompt in all his replies, clear instructions, and very accommodating. 10/10 for host, definitely. Room was clean, Smart TV could connect to our Netflix account, and a new air con had been installed which was cold and powerful! Appreciate the new air con, and space for a small dining table. Cutlery and cooking pots and hot water flask and towels and hair dryer provided, good size fridge too. Not too keen on the toiletries (I think the shampoo was very watery), so we bought……

“When we entered the property, the door had no latch and we were worried of any forced break in. The whole studio room had urine smell all over. The bathroom had leakages on the ceiling and water from above was dripping below. The towel had a stench as well. We requested to be transferred to another room. The second room did not have all the above problems but the air con was not cold even at the most minimum temperature. In the morning when we wanted to use the iron, the iron board stand was……

“Check in process very fast. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel adjoining a large mall, good for shopping and eating. ”

“The spacious lobby was very luxurious. When I arrived at the hotel, my friend and I had a dinner date coming up, so I did not check in and asked them to leave my luggage for me first, which they did very smoothly. There is a pool and a bar at the end of the lobby, and you can feel the open and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable everywhere. The staff was smiling and quick to respond to any problems I had. They made my stay very wonderful.”
