Worse experience ever, my husband and brother in law get intoxicated with seafood which was not storage at the right temperature, I went to customer service asking for help for him and was told that I have to pay $340.00 for the nurse to go to see him???? This hotel, my brother in law had to pay $1600.00 at a local hospital to get medical attention for food poisoning caused by the hotel food. Room air conditioner was no working and you couldn’t lower temperature using the control, my sister did not have hot water, they have a ridiculous discriminatory policy, if you do not pay $390.00 dollars at check in to get “level” you cannot use many of the restaurants, basically you have just one restaurant to eat, staff is very rude and not cooperative, at the airport a lot of people coming from the same hotel were complaining for the same thing, horrible experience
