“It takes over than one hour to get some towels because there was no towels when we arrive .. and to open the extra bed after 8 calls and several msgs .. and the reception wasn’t friendly at all .. our stay ways only for 8 hours but it wasn’t good at all ”

"The overall accommodation is satisfactory. This boutique hotel is comfortable and in a good location. As for the staff, most of them are helpful and nice. However, it feels a bit strange that the promotion of upgrading room types is offered by the reception upon my arrival."
