"Great place to stay for an early spring ski trip and eclipse viewing (we drove north after checking out). Clean, cozy place and pet friendly for our small dog. Located on a quiet dirt road but close to Ludlow town center and Okemo for skiing. Not too far from Killington either (which is where we went to ski). Minor issue for me was the bed was a bit too soft for my liking but otherwise, great place and would consider again in future."

"We loved the log cabin in the woods for our NYE celebration. It's quaint and has so much charm. The check-in process and communications were excellent. It is about 4.5 miles off the main road so it is in a remote area. It was great for us since we had our dog and it had a huge property for him to run around. "This is our second time staying here. This year I was a little disappointed in my stay at this house. We were informed on the day of arrival that the dryer was replaced and would be hooked up three days after the start of our rental. There was some dialogue with the local manager and the local managers supervisor during the course of our stay, but in the end we never had use of a dryer in the house. The property manager Kate spoke on the phone with us and was supposed to get back to us and never...

"My husband and I were very pleased with the quiet and clean cabin. The weather was great for the month of May. We loved the screened in porch and the fact that we had kayaks to use right on the property. The only drawback was that you had to go to the sandbar for swimming as the cove was a bit marshy. We would definitely consider coming again."

"We had a Christmas week trip with another family. 4 adults and 4 Teens. Location is great. Close to mountain. Would say only downside is that while there are beds for 10 people, the house is smaller than it appears in pictures and not sure it would be comfortable for that many, mostly in the common area. Overall, a good experience."

"The property was clean, spacious and had lots of natural light. It was very close (driving distance) to all we wanted to explore. It would have been nice to have more instruction on the heating systems and pellet stove. We read the stove manual, determined it needs cleaned (badly) so cleaned it after we unplugged the vacuum (it was totally clogged and full). I could not get on the review link for vacasa. King bedroom door lock doesn't work properly, and I had to buy more toilet tissue. "
