“Horrific service. Flew in from California to attend the Hamptons International Film Festival, drove 3 hours to get there, and this hotel took it upon themselves to cancel my reservation without ever contacting me the day before I arrived. I called when I was 5 mins from the hotel to make sure my room was ready which is when I found out they decided to cancel my reservation with the reason being because I chose to pay at the hotel vs. pay in advance so they gave my room to someone willing to pay……

“This place was one of the best parts of my stay on LI. It is tucked away on a beautiful stretch of property but still close to central locations making it easy to go out for provisions. I "gifted" myself a stay here as a single-mother and former art maker. This was the first time I painted in 10+ years, the environment and the energy filled my cup to overflowing!
