“It was my first time at a bed and breakfast and this one was the best one for me to start at. The host and hostess were amazing. The house itself was gorgeous and so incredibly historic and interesting. Our room was clean and organized. The breakfast was amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. We will definitely come back.”

“Whole mansion is in a Victorian Style. Owner puts some much effort and passion in this place. Definitely should spend some time with him. The breakfast was wonderful. They even have some options for guest to choose. However location is a bit far from downtown and some of the decoration and photos could a little bit creepy when you have to pass them during night especially when there isn't many guests in the house. Besides there was no elevator should just avoid bringing big and heavy luggage.”

We particularly appreciated the enclosed porch, the view of the lake, and the spacious living and dining room. There was more than enough room for the 5 of us, and we also enjoyed being able to walk down to the lake. We're already planning on coming back for our fall retreat!”
