“The home was nicely furnished with three living room areas, a complete kitchen with every thing you need, four bedrooms with comfortable bedding, three full bathrooms and linens supplied. We very much enjoyed the party house right on the river and the adjacent fire pit with comfortable benches. The driveway to the home is steep but very negotiable for cars and motorcycles. We enjoyed the time so much we are considering coming back next year.”

“Overall we enjoyed our stay! The master bedroom doesn't get the best A/C airflow so it took a while to get to sleep at night but it was comfortable and roomy. The cabin is remote and quiet which was one of our main goals! We had a relaxing stay and enjoyed ourselves. Only downside is we did not see in the listing anywhere that said the pool wasn't open yet which was one of the reasons we chose this property. The owner's explanation made sense and they were very responsive and professional.”

Lots of towels provided and a nice laundry provided too. The lower bathroom needs some love and there are some minor repairs needed to make this property a smidge better but I would book again.”

“I’m an OU alum and lived in Athens for 11 years. I now live out of state, but was traveling back to A-town for a college visit with my stepdaughter and her friend. I booked the OU Inn knowing the location was perfect and the facility would be nice. The staff was top-notch, and even though the hotel was undergoing some renovations, it wasn’t obnoxious or noticeable. The cost was also SUPER reasonable. Great place to stay!”
