“Room is spacious and clean in general. AC super loud and dusty. Phone very dusty too. Poor sound proof. You can hear doors closing heavily on your floor, people talking in their rooms and even dogs barking in a room. ”

“Very terrible experience. Booked this hotel as I had an important interview downtown in Albany. When I arrived there at 9pm, it’s overbooked and we were relocated to a motel 20 mins away. The motel was terrible and the hair dryer was even broken. The staff was rude when we tried to understand the situation. The staff on duty promised to cover the extra transportation costs from the motel to the bus terminal for the next day and arranged a taxi for us. But we were kicked out of the taxi as the……

“Front desk service was excellent and accommodating. The shower in the first room was running when I entered room and would not shut off. Gentleman working the desk, immediately changed my room and went to deal with shower in the first room right away. ”

“We came up one night for our son’s soccer tournament. We literally arrived and went to sleep, woke up early and left. A quick turnaround. The room was clean and comfortable and the man at the front desk was accommodating. We didn’t have any bath towels in the bathroom — perhaps an oversight by housekeeping.
