“Very nice location for a friends or family get together. This is a nice, quiet location if you just want to relax. We had 5 friends staying and it was prefect. 4 bedrooms, with multiple beds in two rooms for kids if you have them. The communication with the owner was excellent. I had a couple of questions, and within minutes, they responded. Nice view of the water with a small deck on the front of the house. Only minutes from the beach. The beds were good and there was a lot of space for……

“Allagash Splash was a perfect property for a southern family staying in RI for a wedding in Newport. Also have family in Bonnet. Best part of the house is the yard - fire pit and cornhole were utilized a lot! Location was perfect. Highly recommend!”

“Had the best time at Jane’s property. It is in the perfect location — a quick walk to the Cliff Walk. From the rooftop to the movie theater, it is a great house for a weekend getaway. The house is very “smart” — if you’re looking to play Spotify, connect to Apple TV, we found that much easier. Also, bring your own towels if you’re a large group! The house sleeps 13 comfortably, we had 16 guests and had to use the air mattresses and movie theater loungers as additional bedding. Overall,……

“The sunset when we arrived at the house was breathtaking. The photos don’t do the house justice, great layout and all the picture windows make for amazing views all day long. Chris was very responsive to us. The beds are very comfortable which is really important to me! Great stay. Would 100% stay here again.”

“The home is lovely and in a great location. We come to Newport every year with our dogs and genuinely enjoyed our stay. When we arrived we alter the property manager the dryer was broken. They promised to fix asap but the dryer was never fixed during our stay. This is one of the key perks for a rental home vs a hotel for us. This deducting 1 star.”

“This house is amazing. It fit us all comfortably and is beautifully decorated. Everything is all new and it has great outdoor space. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bathroom had lots of towels. We didn’t get to go to the beach, but the garage was stocked with everything you would need. The host was very easy to contact and was very accommodating. My only advice would be to make sure you bring soap for the bathrooms. I was surprised to find out that there was none, ☺️”
