“Overall a very pleasant stay”

“We arrived later as requested.No lights were on. No one answered the door and we were given no instructions. We had to leave but my credit card was charged. Id like my full refund asap.”

“Only 1 out of 3 baseboard heaters worked. Neither the beadroom baseboard heater nor the bathroom heater worked. There was not one in the living room. There was a gas fireplace in the living room that worked most of the time but the breaker had to be reset at one point because there was no power. I messaged on two different days to ask about the heat and did not get a response. The week I was staying had extremely cold weather and I had to make double ziplock bags with hot water to warm the bed.……
