“This house was perfect for my children and I. I have one adult son who has cerebral palsy and is wheelchair bound, we had no problem entering the house or getting around inside the house. This is always a concern of mine when renting houses for a couple of days when I need to be somewhere. Thank you to our hosts who kept checking in and making sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. Also for extending our checkout time, I really appreciated the extra time, sometimes I need the extra……

“WE came down for a Willie Nelson trip we though 5 of us would be staying but our friend got a hotel. So it was just my husband myself and my twin adult sons. WE had a great time and this was a great place to stay Especially if you are with someone that wants a little of their own privacy as one of the rooms has its own entrance and bathroom. Very Clean place and Super easy to check in and out. WE really appreciate you”

“The one concern was the smoke detectors were going off intermittently because of low batteries we were informed that they would take care of the problem the next week. We would not have been able to sleep with the noise so we took it upon ourselves to replace the bad battery.”

“I just got a call from the property manager 6 days after I checked out stating a stole a blow dryer and and broke 2 vases. They wanted $50 dollars for the stolen blow dryer and 2 broken vases, I told her my family would never do something like this, if we did I would admit it, then she said well you had your daughters there correct, of course I said YES. We are 100% respectful of this VRBO process and other people stuff. In fact I know a tons of owners there because we go every year and we……

“Love the Avi, been staying there for many years. I do think the prices of drinks and food at the pool are too expensive. Wish there was a ice cream and snow cone place on site. There is Thrifty ice cream in food court, however we stayed for a week and it was closed the whole time. Staff is always consistently courteous and helpful.”
