“We had a wonderful time with Gary and Sandra. The B&B has a stunning location right on the lake. The rooms and the entire house are lovingly furnished. Nothing is missing. There are even boats and bicycles available for free use. Gary's breakfast was also fantastic. We can recommend this accommodation to everyone and would book here again and again. Thank you for everything.”

“The property was beautiful outside. Fall is a great time to go to Walker. When we checked in the receptionist, she was nice and bubbly. However, when we went to the restaurant/bar for dinner, it was closed. Nothing was mentioned when we booked it. That was one of the main reasons we wanted to stay there. There was another party wanting to know when breakfast is served and they laughed and said no breakfast. It is 10 miles or so into town. The rooms were nice and large. Called and Asked for……

“I’ve visited this area since I was a kid, and while it’s unfortunate to see how much the town has changed over the years, there are still people in the area who are trying to preserve it. Randy and Shannon along with their dog Strider happen to be some of these people! When we arrived, we met Shannon who gave us a tour of our cabin and walked us through the basics. After unpacking, we met Randy, who was just as friendly and welcoming as his wife. Randy has spent most of his life as a fishing……

“Very private property with plenty of room for the family to spread out. Fishing was excellent even from the dock and the lake was easy to navigate in a fishing boat. We loved the screened porch and the ample level grassy areas outside for yard games. The air was keeping up very well even on a day with highs in the 90’s”
