“My air-conditioning did not work. The refrigerator did not work. I made two requests for repair or replacement. They said they couldn't help the problem in my room. I asked for new room. They responded with no because all rooms were booked. However, the property never appeared full according to parking. Apartment next to property had party in every room the night i stayed.”

“Absolutely INCREDIBLE stay! I was travelling around the Tampa Bay Area for three weeks and stayed in about 8 locations and this blew them all away! The staff is SO lovely, the atmosphere is beautiful, the rooms are stunning and literally equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need! It was just like being at home but a two minute walk to the most beautiful beach in the world and a gorgeous pool plus fantastic dining options in your backyard! “Great place to hang out and hit the beach 3 min walk or the bay. Our host Maria is awesome. Great if you have a dog to bring. The place is dated but very functional. For the price it is probably the best deal in the area. Nothing flashy but very comfortable.”

“The house is great, with the ease of having a pool and the beach being only 2 blocks away. This was our first time visiting Anna Maria. We have been finding other options the last couple years since we used to go to Captiva and that was destroyed in the hurricane almost 2 years ago. The island is pretty small but has different sections to explore. We enjoyed Coquina beach for a coupem hours one day, the restaurants were good very vactiony normal island grub type places. We did enjoy a great meal……
