"Second time here. Was great again. Staff & food great again. Especially the breakfast staff. They ran out of fish which I love there, and the staff man immediately saw I was waiting for it, so he went to the kitchen to get some more. This batch of fish was even better than the first. Front desk and housekeeping staff also excellent. If you book the room here, you must enjoy the pool & breakfast. Do that & you will feel great with a great stay."

"Loved our stay!! Hotel is in a great location where you can walk or take a grab for just a few mins ride to see main attractions. There’s also 7/11 right next door which was super convenient. There’s bunch of restaurants, massage and laundry places just across. They offer money exchange & have a nice kids club next to the pool!! ;) the only complain was a super slippery shower so hard to wash a toddler but otherwise super happy with the stay!! :) Staff are extra nice & helpful. AC was super cold!!!"

"This has been my favorite hotel to stay at when I am in Thailand. It is the perfect location and close to train station, food, transportation. However, in both buildings they have a mold problem. The walls have mold in them as well as the showers. Do not stay in the the older building where the top rooms are suppose to be. The toilets do not flush and the sinks leaks water everywhere. The constant noice from outside gets annoying because you can hear everything in the rooms so there is bad noise cancelation in the walls, you also can hear the weights hit the floor from the gym on the second floor. These rooms are not worth any more than $65 max $70 per night in Thailand. The staff is awesome and was the best part of the trip. However, this is china town and they are rude. If they would invest more money back into their hotel it could be one of the best in Bangkok. It his just disappointing seeing how it is going down because i have been staying here since 2018. "

"Delightful stay at the 4 monkeys hotel. The location is great and very quiet. The rooms were comfortable with very good AC. The rooftop bar is BEAUTIFUL with insane views of the sunset. The pool across the street is a great added bonus to cool off from the heat. The staff was very kind and helpful in all aspects. Only down falls were hard beds and low shower water pressure. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Bangkok on a budget. Great overall experience. "
