My hubby and I love camping, but didn't want to bring our travel trailer over the Sierra Nevada Mountains in winter and risk running into a storm. This was a perfect solution! “Sweet accommodations. Can tell owners put their love into it. Part of a historical episode that can be discerned through information once there but would be good to advertise for the place. Love the giant Monterey Cypress of which the cottage is nestled into. Little stream off the back porch which is a wonderful attribute. The interior is great with unique wall paintings of trees and flowers. And, the breakfast brought to the door, is a definite plus! Recommended.”

“Nice property. Kitchen had all the amenities you could ever need, which was great. As we have a child, we liked that the property was gated as it is right on a main road where vehicles drive very fast. Very kind hosts and nice garden area. The only downside is that the bedrooms back up to that main road and we had a hard time sleeping as cars and trucks drove by at high speeds all night long. Even with earplugs, we didn’t sleep well. “This house was just right for my family. Check-in was easy and the host, Aimee, was responsive to my questions. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed. The furniture was outdated, however, it was very comfortable. I enjoy having windows open as I like a breeze in the house, however, very few windows had screens on them. “The place was pretty spot on as pictured! It was honestly bigger than I was expecting so thats always a plus! Only downfall I would say is this place was on the top of a 3-story buildling and there was NO elevator. So we had to carry all of our luggage up and down stairs.. not fun. Instructions for check in were clear and easy to follow but check out was a little confusing. I couldnt find any instructions on what needed to be done when leaving.
