The decorations are so cute, the beds and pillows are the most comfortable I've ever experienced at a rental, and that back yard and fire pit were thoroughly enjoyed. Our host was super attentive, quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed. The beach towels weren't there so they ordered them in time for our trip to the beach. “My family and I (3 of us) had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage. It was very clean, check in was a breeze, and the host was easy to communicate with. The location was fantastic and every morning we walked to a wonderful coffee house for breakfast (Santos). I definitely recommend.”

“We knew we wanted to stay in OB to hang at Dog Beach, and I chose this place because of the proximity to the beach (maybe a 4 minute walk), and the dog washing station! This property has street parking and isn’t so bad if you time it right (wait for people to go to work and you’ll get a close spot). The property is set back from the street and quiet. Inside has everything you need, even dog bowls (course we forget them)! The treat jar was a special touch as well. We had plenty of towels,……

“This was the perfect location for our family. The teens could come & go as they please since we were just one house off the boardwalk. House was fantastic too. Nothing fancy but just what we needed. Plenty of room for our family to hang out in the evening & watch movies. We had a couple minor issues but Mike was extremely helpful & quick to communicate. We will most definitely be booking again.”

“This place is so cute! I’d love to stay here again. The patio was relaxing and the faux fireplace is a nice touch. Loved the upstairs bedroom and bath. Feedback for improvements: 1 dresser drawer was in need of reinforcement. I was afraid my clothes were too heavy for the bottom. More plants would be nice on the patio but that’s just me.”

“The cottage was beautiful and true to the listing it was a short walk to the beach. We brought our two dogs with us, which was great to find a place that allowed pets. It was nice having a full kitchen, though I didn’t read prior to that there was no microwave. But that would be the only negative I have. I also am not sure if I just couldn’t figure out the pull out couch situation (not enough bed space with my wife and baby). I tried to see handles to pull out a bed but didn’t see any. It might……

“My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights in January. It was convenient to lots of restaurants in OB and to major tourist attractions. We took the bus downtown a couple of times and the bus stop is just around the corner. The cottage is clean and has everything we needed.”

“Unit smelled of mildew, it would have been nice to list a couple of of places for over night parking. Sink drains slowly and bathroom door loudly squeaks. There was human feces on the hallway floor, first floor this morning morning! Thank you for the nice touches such as earplugs, kitchen amenities and bed mattress. ”
