I think most important basic in an hotel , is to have elevator in the best condition Elevator for property very old noise I saw got stuck twice between the two days I stay there I did stayed at the 8th floor , had to use stairs to go all the way down, Very few parkings sports has the hotel charging 50 dollars per night They should be smarter rent a near lot and have more options for parking and give better price for the vallet parking Neighborhood looks dity garbage and not safe, to be a Sheraton hotel , very disappointed

My experience at the Four Points by Sheraton was a bit frustrating. Upon arrival, I was surprised to learn about the $50 parking fee per night. Even though valet parking was provided when I checked in, I didn't actually use the hotel parking that night. Later, when I returned to the hotel and tried to contact the front desk to inform them, I discovered that the phone in my room wasn't connected and the cords were missing. With my 3-year-old asleep, I couldn't easily leave the room to go to the front desk, which was quite frustrating. After searching online for the hotel's number and enduring a long hold time, I finally managed to reach someone to let them know about the parking situation. A maintenance worker was sent to my room around 10 pm to connect the phone. The next morning, we were woken up by the loud noise from the housekeeping staff, who were talking loudly and making a lot of noise while cleaning nearby rooms. Additionally, I noticed that the hotel windows and balcony weren't in the best condition, and the elevator seemed old and slow. Overall, it was a bit disappointing.

Hotel was under maintenance which was not shared ahead of time, had to use the service elevator and be escorted by front desk staff. Our hotel bathroom tub had paint pealing off it and our towels had hair and stains on them. We could hear the elevator throughout the night, we thought there was construction. The front desk is always busy and it took awhile to be adressed. Great front desk staff when we were able to be helped! The surrounding area felt unsafe to be outside after dark, but within good walking distance of Little Italy.
