“Great price for a comfy 2 bed, 2 bath, close to Disney. Did not like how pushy the staff member was at check in, trying to get me to go to a timeshare presentation. Had to change my tone when she wouldn't take no for an answer. ”
"Clean & Beauty place. Poor customer service. Total reserved for 3 nights. On the first day, the front desk guy promised me I can stay in the same room for 3 nights. Unfortunately, they asked me to change the room on the third night. They need me to check out before 11AM and re-check in after 4PM. Very uncomfortable for us. It took more than half hour to solve it. Wasted our pleasure time in Disney :( "
"Excellent experience in this hotel,very close to the Disney land ,we can see the fireworks in our room,and the free water park gave us so many fun. I love this hotel,if I come again, it should be my first choice."
