The property was lovely and the service was very good. Our neighbors were a bit loud and we could hear them in our room. But in general, I highly recommend this hotel.

I enjoined my stay, but heater was not working. I notified the front desk and they only offered to deliver more blankets. I would have liked to have been moved to a room with a working heater.

Came for my 40th Birthday. Had high expectation that the hotel would be awesome. Bought a nice expensive suite with no heat. Staff never informed me at check in that the heat system was broken. My room was 62 all weekend and I spent an hour trying to figure it out before I called the front desk. Was told I would be on a waitlist for a heater. Never happened. Hotel was having locks changed and didnt call or give me a specific time. Someone just showed up and knocked consistently for three minutes while I was in the bathtub. I had to send him away. Called the front desk which said notices were in the room and they called which never happened. Top of the Mark and the view in the Suite were amazing but service was horrible for a $900 night suite. I enjoyed the experience but wont be coming again, due to the lack of communication and absolute disregard for their guest's experience. Check out didnt even ask me about my stay.
Note to Hotel: Checking in a guest with no heater is not acceptable. You can change locks on a Tuesday , not on a weekend or how about when the room is vacant? Poor management and poor communication is not acceptable for a almost 1k a night room. Hiding and evading issues from your guests is wrong and should never be apart of any policy. Not a good experience at all.

We paid for an upgraded room. Paid $60 additional dollars. When we got to the room, we saw it was pretty dated-wallpaper falling off, no shower curtain, later using sink it got backup same with the tub. Disappointed but on the plus side, good location.
