“Most amazing place we’ve ever stayed. View is breathtaking. Exactly what we were hoping for, jungle stay out of the city. Drive is as others describe, very steep and rough. You need four wheel drive. We got the chef service with Rambo and made the stay so much easier as the grocery store is not super close. Would stay again. We had 4 adults and 4 kids with plenty of room. all were amazed with the place.”

“We had a fantastic day. Patricia was very responsive and took care of our every need. Our only concern was the possibility that our 20 passenger 2 Wheel drive bus would not be able to make it up the rough mile and a half road to the villa in a downpour, but we were lucky and it was never raining when we were riving.. Four-wheel drives are definitely recommended. But staying in such a quiet bird filled paradise made the extra effort to get up there more than worth it.”

“My husband and I stayed here for four days in April 2024 and we really enjoyed just sitting on the patio and swimming in the pool. Property is about 10 minutes from Dominical and is road which is not paved (and up a hill). Can’t imagine a car without 4x4 would work, we rented a Hyundai toucan and it worked fine. Property manager was easy to communicate with through WhatsApp.”

“Our stay at Villa Kristina Maria was absolutely amazing ( the ocean view,the wild life and the lush jungle ) Our family of nine couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for our first trip to Costa Rica.. only about 10 min from the town of Uvita made it easy to get groceries and experience all that the area had to offer , zip line , snorkeling, hiking and the beautiful waterfalls and beaches..The locals were amazing and very helpful.. Will definitely return.”

“This is a beautiful, private property with a million dollar view! It was very clean! Everything you need is in the house (dishes, cookware, laundry, iron, hair dryer, detergents, garbage bags, towels, etc.). We loved the outdoor patio and pool! The wildlife is great. Tucan birds came by in the early morning and evening at sunset. There were other small mammals that visited the yard during our stay as well. “Wir, eine Familie mit 4 erwachsenen Kindern und Schwiegerkindern haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa von Anfang bis Ende sehr genossen. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind atemberaubend und das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Täglich kamen uns Tukane, Papageien, Greifvögel und Nasenbären besuchen - einmal sogar eine ganze Bande von Kapuzineräffchen und ein junger Weißwedelhirsch. “This house is truly incredible. The first morning I woke up to the sweeping view and sounds of the jungle I couldn’t stop smiling. Pay attention to the requirement for a 4 wheel drive car. The drive into the neighborhood is no joke. If my husband didn’t have off road experience I would not have done it. The room set up worked great for us (2 adults, kids 16, 14 & 8) but if I had younger kids the separate rooms would have felt too far from the primary suite. We spent hours in the pool,……

“Amazing home nestled atop a mountain. Beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean from all rooms! Definitely want a 4 wheel drive vehicle to make it up the steep drive but it's worth it. Close to restaurants in dominical and many attractions are within a 30 min - 45 min drive from the home.”

“Second time staying in Uvita - this time with our boys, ages 12 and 17. Del's property is a beautiful paradise respite. Do beware, power outages can be a slight hinderance. It's par for the course up in those hills. We had several, mostly in the evening, and lasting a few hours. However, we were not deterred! Candles and a gas grill made all the difference. We were able to cook and clean and enjoy the night time jungle sights (lots of fireflies) and sounds without worry. Adrian, the property……

“It's a very nice location. A bit dated but has everything you need. Nice quiet cabanas that are clean and really decent sized. Pool area needs some upgrades. The 2 !!! sunning lounge chairs need to be junked. The restaurant and bar are very nice, and food is great. Breakfasts are top notch. Biggest complaint is the beds. Rock hard. Had terrible time sleeping. Couldn't wait to get home to my bed. We've stayed her two times this year and because of the beds it will be our last. ”
