“This place was small, the driveway was a little difficult to get in and out of, but it had everything we needed, was dog friendly, cozy and super clean. I liked the personal feel this home hard, the fire place added to that. There is beach access right down the street which was really convenient! The neighborhood felt same and was a very comfortable stay.”

“The house was exactly as advertised and only a short walk to the ocean and a long beach. There are views of the ocean from the living and dining room, as well as the kitchen. The house was clean and well-stocked, with lots of instructions/guidance to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The owners have furnished the house with quality items, and it is evident that they have given a great deal of thought to making the house a home away from home. We would definitely recommend the Wave House to……

“What a lovely stay! The place was clean and you couldn’t ask for a better view and beach access. Backing out of the driveway is tricky but doable. The climb down to the beach could be hard for older people. Make note that there is only a toaster oven, no oven. We absolutely loved it though. It’s quaint and comfortable! We will be back again! It’s adorable!”

“Very nice place for the 2 of us plus our dog. Great views, very relaxing.”

“Overall everything was clean and homey. Had a little trouble getting in the door and small carpet area needs new carpet. Otherwise everything was perfect.”

“Nice view. Very rainy but managed to get to the beach which has an access a couple of houses down. Very nice beach with the big stump just a short walk away. House was good. I did not do any cooking this trip so I can't comment on the kitchen set up. Slept in the back bedroom with the attached bathroom. It was all right, the bed needs a new mattress or better support. Luckily I brought my check in/checkout sheet I printed, there was no check out instructions in the house. I would stay there……

“Needed a place to seclude away to organize 30 years of photos. Outdoor table was great and out of the weather and wind. Not a three bedroom, there is a queen bed in the living room. Great location, easy instructions and good communication. No oven/stove or BBQ, but would stay there again.”

“Nice, but could use a few upgrades. We left a note for the homeowners and Odyssey Vacation Rentals. We hope the homeowner follows up on our suggestions. Linens such as sheets, towels, bedspreads, bath towels, kitchen towels, and throw pillows. The living room furniture is also looking a bit worse for wear. We know there are costs involved with owning a short term rental, but sometimes homeowners just need to do a little re-investing. Guests appreciate a home that looks like someone really takes……
