“This cottage was a perfect location for our family’s need to be close to the soccer tournament park. The cottage was small but clean and equipped with most needs. The only things I can say were cons would be not receiving access until 30 min after check in to get in with instructions. I think a regular gas grill would be better than a state park grill to be able to have more room to cook as well as a fire pit. The queen bed has no box spring in which was not very comfortable and there was no……

“We planned this for the Eclipse and it was perfect. The house was exactly what we were looking for. It was very clean and had information on local winery's. The beds were very comfortable. We had a great time.”

“We enjoyed our visit to the Fort Niagara area on our fishing trip. Everything about the property fit well for us, spending most of the day on the water and evenings at the house. Communication was easy and, although there were no issues, I feel Sandy was readily available to assist if there was. Won’t hesitate to rebook next trip!”

“Immaculately manicured property, inside and out. Very nice people, great communication and very welcoming. A little weird seeing a full size Trump cutout standing behind our hosts in their house. Pray for our Nation sticker on the fridge. There is a door into their home from inside the apartment that doesn't lock from the apartment side. You can hear them, especially at night when they prefer to argue. Lots of garage door opening and closing at night (and it's pretty loud). Internet password……
