“裝修很符合Hello Kitty 的氛圍，女兒進去就發出一聲驚呼，但廚房水龍頭搖晃，睡覺翻身床板便嘎吱作響。共三房雙衛，還有一個停車位。訂房時附帶早餐，這是最大的騙局，只有幾包咖啡粉，其他什麼都沒有。入住交接鑰匙後，便人影全無，如果這種態度經營民宿的話，還是免了吧！”

“The room and the bathroom are very spacious. The bathroom floor and part of the wall are made of marble which was very nice. The water tap in the wash basin needs to be changed as they did not work well. The water kettle in the room was broken though still working. The room wasn't very sound proof as I could hear people walking above . I had to call the receptionist twice to keep the children in the room above me jumping about. The hotel staff were friendly.”

“其他還好，就是沒有熱水，神山夜間的溫度是遠比KK CITY低，所以熱水非常重要。房間及洗澡房有昆蟲。不過價錢就是便宜。”

“很令人喜歡的酒店，員工非常友好，update 了房間(河流小屋), 令我不用搬來搬去，因同一個apps book 吾到同一型號，評價說早餐不是那麼好，太多昆虫，效外怎會無？但可接受，味道亦不差，有6款選擇！15馬幣温泉，3馬幣泳池，總括去蘭腦再去會遊閒幾天！”

“感覺就是住進了熱帶雨林，整個渡假村看似全是以木來建造的，而建在水塘面上的木橋就是用來連接餐廳與不同區域的房間。只要走在橋上，或者坐在餐廳，不論是早午晚，都有機會看見不同的雀鳥出現。 餐廳食物款式不算太多，但味道美，份量大，價格合理。 渡假村亦有為我們安排夜探雨林，導遊(lok)非常專業，能在漆黑的雨林裏找到住在林裏面的動物。 遺憾的是這幾天每日有部分時間下着暴雨，所以能看到的雀鳥數量很少，希望下次再去時天氣好些”

“I drove a Proton but could not reach the hotel because the car could not go up the one way bumpy and steep road. This hotel is not suitable for people driving a small car or not powerful car. The hotel offered a staff to drive the car but not accepted as the driver was not covered in the insurance. The hotel charged one night room charge. It is not worthwhile for my family to take such risk to drive up the dangerous steep and bumpy road during the vacation. ”

“hotel in good location, easy to catch bus/mini taxi. food at the restaurant quite expensive , but they offer free breakfast buffet, buffet is ok. fair enough. great view of mount kinabalu , thats why we chose to stay there. everything not bad except the hotel room, kinda old fashioned and only one thin blanket, too cold to sleep in two at night....”

“since i'm coming from kota kinabalu first, i called and asked the hotel staff where should i get off, when i get to Kundasang. they told me to get off at kinabalu park entrance which is you have to walk back for 25 minutes (they didn't tell me first). the rain is so heavy, i tried to call them again because i cant find a taxi. but they just put me on voice call.. when i get to the hotel, i told them about the incident and they just laugh it off. i told them, that its not funny, and well they……

“Good view. Room is fair. Bathroom is a bit old and mosquito can fly into room. Nothing around. Can only stay in hotel. Breakfast choice is limited. Flies are quite annoying while eating. Only offer juice (not fresh juice) to kid in cool weather, need up charge if need hot drink!! This is not value for money with such service and quality!!”

“Very basic but excellent location v near NP entrance, and kind hosts. Wifi was pretty good when switched on. Restaurant opposite park entrance offered breakfast from 6.30. My room was rather tired with barely functioning plumbing, but perfectly adequate considering the location benefit.”

“Very conveiniently located for bird livers as only 600m to Rainforest Discovery Centre. Room is well designed with outsidet but secured toilets which is great for us as we could leave our cameras there during the night to avoid to ac condensation. Staff is hepful, food is ok. Only minus is the steps to reception and room.”
