“It is the worst experience in my life and the staff is rude and not helpful. They downgraded us and pretended to upgrade us! We are totally four people and reserved a family villa, however, they offered us a two-people villa, which provide us one double bed and 2 sofa beds for four people. Although they offered us 50% off, it ruined our vacation in Fira.”

“This was an amazing property. We had the executive suite and it was amazing. 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms with jacuzzis in each. The only thing that could have made it better would be if the outdoor jacuzzi was heated. We had an amazing 6 night stay here and would definitely return.”

“這是一家很棒的飯店，接送非常貼心而且幾乎滿足你所有要求. wife非常穩定,就在海灘旁邊,日出非常美麗,廚房用品齊全. 雖然沒有早餐,但老闆娘熱心的給我們餅乾和果汁 租車公司也可以代叫到飯店(沒有額外收費)而且是家很NICE的租車公司 飯店附近沒有商店,要開車出去才方便,但開車出去一下子就有美麗的藍頂教堂可以拍照 如果老闆要去市區也會順道問你們要不要搭便車去市區,非常貼心。 如果有朋友要去聖托里尼的東岸，我一定推鑑這裡。”

We had such a delicious dinner at Five Senses Restaurant, that we brought our friends there the next night. I had an amazing massage by Nicholas at the spa. The whole experience could not have been better!! Thank you so much to everyone at Astra Suites for such an unforgettable experience!!”

“Hôtel situé sur les hauteurs de Kamari avec une vue mer à couper le souffle. Des hôtes attentionnés, très sympathiques vous conseillerons et vous aiderons pour toutes vos demandes et démarches. Ils proposent l aller retour hôtel aéroport a toute heure du jour et de la nuit. (Pour notre cas vers 2heures du matin). Une adresse que nous conservons. ”

“ Pros: The location of the property is excellent. The views are absolutely gorgeous. We had the famous caldera view from the outside seating area. It is very close to the famous Oia walk. The bus stop is across the property. The supermarket is right next to the property. It was a great experience staying in the cave houses. Sophia from the front desk was accommodating and communication with the property was excellent. Cons: we didn’t enjoy the breakfast. There were not many hot breakfast……

“订的280磅左右的私人泳池房间，给了一个100多磅的房间，后来坚持要求换房间后，才给换到原本房间，竟然说给我们升级了。洗浴用品上面看起来很不干净，像放了很久的，要了热水喝，喝到一半倒出来一只虫子”
