Despite being outside of the main lodge, we wanted for nothing. Our Innkeepers Jen and Chloe were so hospitable. The breakfast was delicious. All staff members, especially Pia, Nicole, and Tanner made our snowy, April stay quaint and comfortable. We loved our stay and our visiting innkeeper, Chloe, so much that we are visiting Silver……

“Loved the history of the inn!! Stayed in the Townsend House directly behind the inn. Rooms were large and the bed was comfortable. The only problem with the room was the small size of the TV. Located in the middle of town so very walkable to shops, restaurants, and taverns. Recommend waiting until May to visit Rhinebeck as more area attractions are open. ”

The location in Kingston was charming. There are just 3 things keeping me from giving a 5 star review: first, it was not clear to us when booking that the rooms are in several buildings 2 blocks apart, so we hauled all our luggage out, put it back in the car, and hauled it out again - in the rain. “One story small inn where you can park in front of door. Everything was clean and orderly. Nice size room with 2 queen beds. Only stayed one night. Price was reasonable. Would stay again”

“Rustic room in the lodge was large and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was delicious and kayleigh our bartender made the best chocolate martini. My only criticism would be the poor wifi but understand it is being addressed next month.”

“I was in the lower level suite with king size bed, living room and kitchen. It certainly went beyond my expectations and was very affordable. The historic house is beautifully renovated with attention to detail. To Make matters even better , there's an unbelievable French restaurant one block away. In addition it is in a very safe neighborhood. I highly recommend this property unless you have any mobility issues. The driveway is incredibly steep as are the stairs. If you have someone to drop……
