“Would give 5 stars but onlysupplied us with 2 towels for 3 people. Parking is a mess in Savannah but that is no fault of the Grant. Super convenient location cor all of downtown and the many things to take in. Would definitely stay here again ”

“Clean property, great communication and nice location. City noise and thin walls, some construction noise as well . Would stay again just because of communication with Sounder was very good”

“Nice, big clean room and we enjoyed our stay with a few caveats. The building itself is noisy and you can hear everything from the surrounding rooms. Making this worse, the area around the property is also noisy with a nearby bar that had loud talking/yelling until after 2 AM. There was also a slight problem in with the room that took a lot of texts back and forth, but was never resolved. I think they did the best they could, but after A LOT of back and forth, nothing was ever resolved. ”

“This home is a minutes walk from Forsyth Park and a mile from the river. Free parking is a block away. We found it to be a great location.”

Loved the separate exit/entrance but appreciated she was close by in case anything went wrong. Loved the location of the carriage house to so many of the places and things we wanted to do! We already want to come back and stay at June's again.”

“This home was so welcoming, you could tell that it was filled with love. My family came from all over for my son's college graduation and we spent almost the whole time in the pool. It was beautiful! After a long weekend we could not find our cell phone. After hours searching we had no choice but go home without it. They meet us 2 hours away to return the phone once they found it. We are forever grateful and will be back! ”

“The property was great, private bath for each bedroom, Nice size dining/living room, clean, modern and felt totally secure. Only thing I would suggest would be additional seating in the living room. Would definitely stay again. ”

“The reservation process didn't work well. I had to make two phone calls to get "verified". Nice get-away place. Clean. Parking is a dollar an hour, you have to feed a meter, this isn't mentioned in the Orbitz listing. Bathroom is down stairs, bedrooms are upstairs. Alittle noisy at night. 12 to15 minute walk to get into the husstle -and -bustle of the historic district. ”

“This is a good place to experience old Savannah and the neighborhood is safe and charming. Easy walk to cafe’s, parks and shopping. The stairs are a little steep up to the bedrooms so maybe not good for anyone feeling unsure of their balance etc but the bathroom is bright, water pressure and water quality is lovely and you can darken the bedroom to sleep in. Overall it was a nice getaway and would return.”

“My friends and I very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Very scenic area and close to Forsyth Park. Walkable to City Market, River St, and many restaurants. Will definitely stay here again if I return to Savannah.”

“The location was fantastic and could walk everywhere we wanted to go. It felt like a safe area. The property is very spacious and perfect for three people. The only negative is the.Lack of supplies for use compared to other places I have stayed (ie only one small bar of soap given for 3 people for showering and no shampoo/conditioner or play dry soap).”

“This is our 3rd time staying here. The location cannot be beat. Within walking distance (for real. Im no hiker lol) from river street, squares, eating and. The original allure was that it had its own parking space. A special commadity downtown!!! Bed is comfy. Cute sitting area for watching tv. Kitchen if ya wanna cook (but why would ya?! Youre in savannah!!!l) right across from a cemetary if you want to look around. There are upstairs neighbors that we heard in the mornings but nothing……

“We had a wonderful stay in this quaint home. Our family of five enjoyed the location. The house is on the most beautiful street. We were able to walk to all our destinations with 3 young kids in tow. The house was wonderful and had all the things we needed for our 3 night, 4 day stay. The beds were very comfortable as well.”
